五次方樂團是樂壇中難得一見兼具偶像外型與搖滾實力的團體。

二OO五年發行首張專輯《從天而降》（Greeting From Imrie House），

在流行樂壇竄紅崛起，

發行當週便攻佔美國告示牌專輯榜第十五名，創下當年新進樂團最高首週銷售佳績。

隔年主唱艾瑞克（Eric Dill）離團，

由另一位「少女殺手」級的娃娃臉帥哥凱爾（Kyle Patrick）替代，

其他四位成員則是吉他手喬（Joe Guese）、貝斯手伊森（Ethan Mentzer）、鼓手喬伊（Joey Zehr）與鍵盤手班（Ben Romans），

五人全是聲譽卓著的美國柏克萊音樂學院高材生。

充滿嶄新氣象的5次方樂團，

第二張專輯《摩登新主張》（Modern Minds and Pastimes）整體音樂與MV概 念都令人耳目一新，

首波主打單曲《珍妮》MV中，洋溢濃濃東洋風，

櫻花妹女主角大玩火爆女教師、電玩美少女與刁蠻和服妹等不同情境的角色扮演，

五位大男孩為了討佳人歡心，忙得暈頭轉向。

5次方樂團表示，《珍妮》這首歌講的便是摸不清意中人想法的心境，

而MV靈感來自於他們都很喜歡的蘇菲亞柯波拉（Sophia Coppola）作品《愛情不用翻譯》（Lost in Translation），

《珍妮》，片中男主角比爾墨瑞（Bill Murray）身處日本，

因為語言不通對陌生環境無所適從的感受，和歌中面對刁鑽多變情人時溝通不良的無奈相當契合。

The Click Five中文官方部落格 - 正式命名中文團名為：The Click Five(五次方樂團)，之前是叫(五重天) ，此專輯在台將於2007年10月9日正式發行。
