好久沒有游泳了

今天是戴矯正器後第一次去游泳

換氣感覺很奇怪，喝了一點水

暨兩個禮拜前騎單車去橋頭後

今天試著騎單車去游泳池

花了大概十分鐘騎到，剛好身體熱開

換好衣服，大致伸展一下身體，就跳下水池了



每次想到要去游泳

通常都是心情不好的時後

今天也不例外

這整個月以來心情都非常得"惡劣"

沒錯就是"惡劣"

很差，極度不好的意思。



游泳的時後最討厭的事情

就是游在後面的"游泳隊"超車

從後面迫不及待的跨過對向泳道超越你

前提是

還不是我游太慢，像阿伯老是喜歡停在水道中慢慢游著蛙式或仰式那樣



沒錯就是"游泳隊"

要不然游這麼快，要幹嘛??



游了十幾來趟，洗個澡

看著鏡子擦乾頭髮

是我游泳整個過程最喜歡的一刻

整個人氣色很好，心情很好，體重也很好



再騎著腳踏車順路從河堤公園愛河上游的自行車車道慢慢騎回去

沿路很貼心的設計

藍色的LED燈，到處都標示著"自行車專用"的標語，或圖示

還有自行車，行人要過馬路的紅綠燈按鈕，要過馬路的時後按一下就可以



旁邊就是愛河上游，其實就是一條臭水溝

沿路上很安靜，夜色很暗

畢竟現在已經晚上十點半了

一路上有蟬鳴，還有茉莉花香

十分正點



最重要得是很安靜

靜靜地騎著我的腳踏車

游泳的時後也是很安靜

除了池水拍動的聲音外，我聽不到其他聲音

我很討厭嘈雜的環境

也許這就是我晚上總是特別晚睡，捨不得睡的原因



最後愛合的單車部道終於不順回家的路

改騎在小巷弄中，連接回家的路



最近台灣越來越多人騎腳踏車了

最近幾年台灣腳踏車的銷售量終於又恢復往上爬升的成長

一部分的原因可能是油價太貴了

另外一部分可能是台灣的單車，行人用路權改善很多

還有環保意識抬頭

進步的國家，都市的市民都是走路，搭乘大眾運輸工具，騎腳踏車的人居多



騎腳踏車的特點就是

不論腳踏車的車款，新舊，便宜貨昂貴

只要是腳踏車

每個人都可以享受騎腳踏車一樣的樂趣。



已經有車尾燈

改天再去買個車頭燈，和安全帽好了。

Seabear的專輯台灣終於代理了

周末例行性的到誠品逛逛

每次都會從門口的DVD和CD區先逛起

結果今晚去的時候

看完DVD的櫃子

一轉身就看到CD展售平台上，一張熟悉的插圖



接著才發現居然是Seabear的專輯!

"The Ghost That Carried Us Away"

2006年它們發行的第一張專輯



整個大驚喜

原本想說台灣根本不可能買的到，也沒有人進口或代理

從來沒想過現在這張專輯，活生生的躺在我面前



於是抓了三張唱片就走

情緒激動難扼，再也沒有心思逛下去

繞了一圈就去櫃檯結帳



結果誠品的櫃台小姐跟我確認"先生你買的三張都是一樣的喔"

"我知道阿，沒有辦法，我太喜歡了"

上禮拜四 裝上transpalatal arch

刮的舌頭超痛，連吞水都很辛苦

講話變得很不清楚，一整個大舌頭

像是嘴裡還顆滷蛋在講話



真的很痛，舌頭上刮的一大片ulcer

好險學姐說只要戴兩三個月

不過我現在才帶兩三天 已經受不了了



禮拜六紹洪心血來潮

約一起去騎單車

和俊生三個人 就一直往北騎

目標是橋頭糖廠



來回總共騎了38公里

一開始還覺得很有趣

後來有點不太想把腳踏車騎回來，想直接坐捷運回去

橋頭糖廠是目前高雄捷運最遠端的一站

去年九月去的時候根本沒甚麼人潮，很像一處荒廢的破墟

捷運開通後

到處都是人，親子出遊，同學，情侶



今天又打了一整天的兄弟盃

把今年份的陽光都曬完了

好不容易漂白了很多，又黑了一些回來。

總共打了四場全場



剛剛回家立刻站上體重計量體重

驚人的發現 我居然只剩74.2公斤

果然因為兩天過量的運動，急速的瘦了下來

繼續努力瘦到理想沒有贅肉的體重72公斤



最近終於有molar endo的case感動阿

還有許多incisor和premolar的case

終於不用在診間閒晃沒事做了

看著自己的約診簿填滿滿 有一種充實感







邊騎腳踏車邊掏出口袋中的相機，用左手行車之間拍下的畫面

我覺得很滿意
