除一下草
昨天在高醫打了四場全場的兄弟盃 ，全身酸痛
今天七八點就睡醒了，但是全身無法動彈
到了十點才勉強掙脫下床
這次的球賽很威，最近臨時惡補的慢跑特訓果然沒有白費，好欣慰...
這次兄弟盃的創舉除了學弟妹的感謝狀以外，還有開始有學長帶小孩來打球了...
以後小朋友滿堂跑，該不會要設立臨時托育中心或是考慮小兄弟也辦一盃，來個幼幼組
放了九天的假在家
悠閒無所事適
我想要再去造訪以前常去的地方
星巴十全店、大地游泳池、大統新世紀誠品、中正籃球場
莫名地入選役政署下半年度優良替代役一百名其中一員ＱＱ
據說有獎金三千和榮譽假三天
禮拜三要去台中接受表揚受奬，順便要在台中好好地玩一玩
昨晚和砲哥閒踱去附近的五十嵐
還買了罪惡的鹹酥雞
是以前和春樓下的大哥在賣的
現在搬到五十嵐隔壁了
很久很久沒有吃宵夜和翹著腳在家裡看電影台
偶一為之
其實還蠻happy的
我覺的人掛掉後，會一直徘徊在某些地點不去是有道理的
因為我覺得自己某些時後感覺也像遊魂一般
在熟悉的記憶和場域間、lingering、流連忘返
物換星移、事過境遷、思緒更迭
我還是像潮水不厭其煩地刷洗、造訪這一片沙灘
寫下、拭淨
記下、忘卻
低潮、長潮、高潮、退潮
這一片不是回家的路，靜靜如北極星
總是指引我回家的路
回歸平靜自適的內心 —
我最安穩的居所。
我和剛滿月的小蘋果，她叫詹喬羽，還不錯夢幻的名字
